Cityspace Urban Developments is a boutique urban development company founded by Mr. Andrew DelZotto. Andrew gained his experience while working in Marketing and Project Management at his family’s high rise development firm, Tridel. After completing custom home projects, and overseeing Tridel’s downtown Grangetown Project, Cityspace was formed to specifically focus on urban infill and rejuvenation projects. This is the company’s first development. Andrew holds a BA from McGill and an MBA from York University.
